Prefix collision with other bots #7

With the number of given bots in a server, it is very possible that a newly added bot may have prefix collision with this bot. For example, https://github.com/mus1cholic/silverash-mythicplus-bot/pull/6 was made to change the prefix to not collide with the MK Bot. We should implement functionality to change this bot's prefix into a different key when this collision happens.

Update: Added basic command into misc

Still need to fix the issue where if the bot reloads, it default backs to the original prefix
