Parsing error installing apk #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download apk
2. Copy to SD card
3. Install fails with parsing error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: Install successfully - Instead I get parsing error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
LG GT540 Swift with android 2.1
