Greater then symbol doesn't work on virtual or physical keyboard. #124

When I try to type a greater than symbol I get a semi-colon. Semi colon button 
also creates semi-colon.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1(SCH-i905) running Android 3.2(non root)

The samsung virtual keyboard pops up with no transparency. Both virtual and 
physical keyboards produce the same charactors based off a similar button 
press. All keys are mapped correctly except the greaten than, and I can't get 
any of the F functions to work(even on a usb keyboard) so I lack the abilty to 
hit ctrl - F4 and re-map.
