[Feature Request] clip launcher widow #1041

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. muse could use a clip launcher widow. A lot of daw's have this way of working.

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered. You could look at giada and their Github for the stat on your own version.

Additional context digital performer, logic, live, bitwig and sonar even has one. It's becoming more common way of working. This would al so be great for using muse in a live performance.
