Open editor in tab or new window

Describe the bug Editor is opened in tab or new window, depending of setting in Global Settings.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select any MIDI segment in Arranger
2. Call any editor in new window, eg. PianoRoll Edit > Open editor in new window > Pianoroll or press Ctrl+Shift+E

Expected behavior Editor is opened in new window independent of Global Settings
