Move playhead after copying notes #411

When you copy/paste parts in the arranger, the playhead gets moved to the end point of the last part to be copied but it doesn't do the same when you copy/paste notes in the MIDI editor ie move the playhead to the end of the last note copied. I think it would be handy if it did.

I can see times when I would and wouldn't want this to happen actually so it'd be best if it was something that was easy to toggle with an icon in the MIDI editor and/or a keyboard shortcut, if we have any left!
