• free W/A/S/D if focused text input unmounts
• clean up pointerlock errors
• refactor pointerlock file
• replace "Enter VR" button with "Open on Meta Quest" button
• start a vr session when clicking continue in VR
• Fix VR movement
• Add flying in VR with left trigger
• Mute audio when tab goes away
• add .preload and .clear to useImage and useModel hooks
• disable visual effects on VR
