'Between Note' Tremolo playing incorrectly and extending playback during empty bars #11797

Describe the bug I have created a file to demonstrate. In the first and second measure, I've notated how the 'between note' tremolo should sound. In measures 3 and 4, you can hear that the result is actually backwards (see video below).

In addition, between-note tremolo also seem to continue playing back after they should be complete. In my video, you can hear that they continue playing during measures where there should be silence. You can hear this in measures 5 and 7.

Lastly, when modifying between-note tremolo, the resulting playback can be very unpredictable (again, this is demonstrated in the video).

Tremolo appears to be working correctly and no longer extend too long.

As always, there are other kinds of issues that can be found by combining between-note tremolo with other things but those should be raised separately. The original issue posted here has been fixed.
