[MU4 Issue] [GP] Standard staff type is applied for any score and staff when importing GP file #11924

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any GP file with TAB staves in MU4
  2. Pay attention to the staves which should be TAB

Expected behavior Staff types are applied according to the saved settings in GP

was added an option only to force create linked tab staff, now will add gp preferences
