[MU4 Issue] Interval (chord) added to a note before playback cursor doesn't sound #12409

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open test file Playback.mscz.zip
  2. Put the playback cursor on the 4th measure
  3. Add an interval to a note from measure 7
  4. Add an interval to a note from measure 1

Expected behavior All intervals (chords) sound when note is added to them
