[MU4 Issue] Audio cracks when changing volume/pan in mixer #12969

Describe the bug Better to hear when raising volume up. Also similar cracks heard when stopping playback (also more hearable with high volume)

Expected behavior No audio cracks when acting with play/stop and mixer

@Tantacrul If you think that this issue is not for Beta1 please move to MU4.x

I think we can move it to Post Beta at least, since I have not (yet) noticed it.

Confirming this is still an issue.

I notice the play/stop cracking/popping more with MS Basic. The pan/volume cracks with both MS Basic and Muse Sounds

I think it is more noticeable with MS Basic, but it is present with Muse Sounds as well
