[MU4 Issue] [VST] Play shortcut (Space) does not work right after Kontakt loads or reloads instrument (Windows only) #13737

Describe the bug The main part was fixed in #9520. The only issue left with Kontakt when loading instrument for the first time or reloading instrument.

After you click on score, connection is restored and Space works fine when doing something in Kontakt window (e.g. edit settings)

Additional context The same issue occurs in ProTools 12, so the bug can be on Kontakt side

To Reproduce

  1. Open Kontakt window
  2. Remove loaded instrument
  3. Add new instrument
  4. Press Space - nothing happens

Platform information Windows10 Doesn't occur on Mac

@Tantacrul Roman said this issue is hard to fix and something weird happens on Kontakt side as well. What do you think to move it to 4.x ?
