[MU4 Issue] Muse Sounds: Horn dynamics are very uneven in general #13901

Describe the bug When you boost have a horn part, the different dynamic levels are uneven, causing the dynamics to be way more extreme.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make a score with a horn part
  2. Have dynamics going over a sample change (mf-mp etc.)
  3. Hear very obvious jump in volume

Expected behavior crescendos and decrescendos should be smooth
