Oboe is very quiet #14762

Describe the bug Instrument volume does not seem to follow dynamic marking.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: In the attached piece, the oboe sounds as if its playing piano even though it is marked fff. The trumpet is playing pretty quietly too.

Expected behavior Staves marked with loud dynamics should play loudly.

Platform information Windows 10

I don't see the issue with the trumpet, however, I have noticed that the oboe is really bad at playing loud for Muse Sounds.

Oboe sounds much louder when editing than during actual playback.
