[MU4 Issue] Tempo slider issues comparing with MS3 #16084

  1. During playback, it shouldn't move playback cursor so significant

  2. Double click should reset value to 100%

Additional context Doesn't occur in MS3

I regret that the tempo slider is now hidden and that you have to undock the play panel to show it. The less windows and pop ups, the better, I think. Isn't there enough space in the upper bar to show at least the [100%] box? In certain programs you can also simply drag values up or down to change them. You don't even need a wide slider.

Since https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/24682 exists now, it might be better to re-scope this issue to focus on only the 'double-click to reset' functionality, to have one problem per issue
