[MU4 Issue] Crash when using unauthorised VST plugins #16478

Describe the bug The issue was reproduced with unauthorised Arturia MiniFreak, U-he Diva and Zebra synths Crash was caught in both cases: when opening unauthorised plugin after an authorised one or when replacing unauthorised plugin by an authorised one (or Muse sounds/MS basic).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create the score
  2. Select unauthorised plugin for the instrument
  3. Close it
  4. Select any authorised If select MU sounds on the step 4 and then select any VST plugin app also will be crashed

Expected behavior No crash when using unauthorised VST plugins

Sometime the crash will also happened in using Kontakt 5 or 6, Windows 10. The startpage will jam when it notes "scanning VST3 plugins"
