[MU4 Task] Mixer toolbar #16722

Implementations of the following:

Mixer in its own tab with '...' button inside
Inside the '...' button now only includes the options Close, Undock, and Playback setup.
New button 'customise mixer' on the toolbar
New pop-up dialog inside above button to customiser mixer view
Added stroke above channel strips

Is the Solo button on the Master channel meant to do anything? I can't think of a purpose for it. The Mute button makes sense (although it doesn't work currently) but I'm not sure about the Solo.
