Better "Measure Numbers" Menu #16792

Your idea

Move the options relating to measure numbers currently found under Format/Style/Text Styles/Measure Number to the existing "Measure Numbers" option which is already found within the Style menu.

Problem to be solved

There is an unnecessarily complicated process if you wish to change more than one thing about measure numbers at once. For example, to change both size and frequency of measure numbers, you must set the frequency in the Measure Numbers style and the size as a type of Text Style.

This doesn't apply to just measure numbers - many of the text styles also have other relevant settings. The advantage of the current organization is, if you want to update fonts, you can do it from one place with a consistent set of controls. Ideally someone would come up with a design that has the advantages of both possible methods of organizing this...

This feels like it should go with #24917. Perhaps instead of a separate "Text Styles" item, each item with related text style could have a font selector button. Or just have it embedded on the palette.
