Add Coll' 8va #17015

Your idea

Coll' 8va means to play what's notated plus that an octave higher. This is useful for certain producers (i.e. ayase) who like to use octaves in piano.

Problem to be solved

Simply the notation for Coll' 8va playing (just need to write one line)
