Percussion Instruments in certain templates play incorrect sounds in note input mode

Bug description

Drums/Drumset/Percussion "Jazz Big Band" "Jazz Combo" and "Brass Band" Play different sounds when inputting notes and when running playback.

UPDATE - THIS ISSSUE IS CAUSED BY A TRANSPOSING INSTRUMENT AT THE TOP OF THE SCORE

"Rock Band" functions properly

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a template (Either "Jazz Big Band" "Jazz Combo" and "Brass Band")
2. Select the Drums or Percussion instrument and go to Note Input mode
3. Enter notes, the sounds will be different than expected.

I am pretty sure this is a known issue, and it's not actually about the template itself but about transposition - see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/15866 and https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/17039

This is coming up a lot; would be great to have a fix in 4.1

@MarcSabatella absolutely spot on. The issue is caused by a transposing instrument at the top of any score. Thank you!

The Percussion instrument in the "Brass Band" template seems to have an additional issue

Closing this issue, palette issue is fixed with this PR https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/17674

Will open another issue for Concert Band and Brass Band percussion instruments.
