Bug description

Vertical alignment between treble/bass is off

Steps to reproduce

Open a new score, instrument piano, score length 4 bars. Fill with crotchets into treble and bass. Stave/part properties -> Scale 150%. Repeat for bass clef. Screenshot 2023-05-14 at 16 02 25

Not a regression, FWIW; this a fairly long-standing issue.

Note that increasing staff individually like this isn’t the usual way to make music larger - instead you would normally do this globally in Format / Page settings. The per-staff settings are meant for cases where you want different staff sizes in the same score.
