Open either the "Concert Band" template or the "Brass Band" template
Compare the percussion instrument in these templates with the a new instrument "Percussion"
The percussion instruments in the templates match the "Drumset" and "Percussion Synthesizer" instruments, they should match the "Percussion" instrument (Concert percussion)
The percussion instruments are correct in the "Small Concert Band" and "European Concert Band" templates

Percussion Instruments in Concert Band and Brass Band templates are set to Percussion Synthesizer
Please note, this is a seperate issue from the transposing instrument issue fixed with this PR https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/17674. (I use that build in my video)
Steps to reproduce
The percussion instruments in the templates match the "Drumset" and "Percussion Synthesizer" instruments, they should match the "Percussion" instrument (Concert percussion)
The percussion instruments are correct in the "Small Concert Band" and "European Concert Band" templates
