Courtesy clefs can collide with bar rests in bars with narrower widths. image

Steps to reproduce

Maybe the simplest way to reproduce:

  1. Create a new file with any instrument.
  2. Select a bar, add an F clef (19th century) form the palette (in Clefs > More).
  3. See the result. image

Regression

Yes, this used to work in MuseScore 3.x and now is broken

Additional context

In MuseScore 3.6.2, courtesy clefs do not collide with bar rests, they cause bar rests to misalign instead. image

(Not really a 'regression', 3.6 was just wrong in a different and worse way; still, a problem to fix)
