Guitar playback: Guitar harmonics (in guitar palette) affecting every following note #18836

Steps to reproduce

  1. write some electric guitar notes and add harmonics from guitar palette to one of them
  2. every following note is now played as harmonics
  3. add harmonic symbol from articulation palette, it works as expected

Additional context

  1. since this harmonics sits beside things like distortion & overdrive - which should and does affect every following note, I wonder if this one is by design - but there's nothing like "no harmonic" to quite this harmonics mode; and imho harmonics is certainly different from distortion and overdrive.
  2. harmonics notes sound like amped samples while other notes are DI, they will sound strange with ampsim VSTs. still buggy vst support anyway...
  3. speaking of ampsims, maybe things like distortion and overdrive could enable certain effect slot rather than changing the tone of the instrument, or even customized to send a certain automation signal to an ampsim vst...but I can see it's a long way to go
  4. another bug btw, that jazz tone in the same palette makes every note rings infinitely...but that's another bug

It is intentional that the harmonics text carries to the following notes. There is a way to revert back to "normal". The Normal option is in the "Text" palette menu and needs to be in the guitar palette by default.
