In windows 10 log files are located in
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore4\logs directory.
Username may contain non-ascii letters (at least in cases where user account was created offline or without microsoft account)
For example, it is possible to create user with cyrillic letters: "Пользователь1", then folder path looks like: C:\Users\Пользователь1\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore4\logs
In this case Musescore will not create any log file and will not attach them into diagnostic zip-archive.
Also log files for plugins can be affected.
Steps to reproduce
Create new User under windows 10 which contains non-ascii letters (if you create it offline, windows will not ask you for microsoft account)
Run Musescore
No log files in logs directory
Screenshots/Screen recordings
No response
