Two parts to this issue

• [ ] Some alternate tuning presets are displaying with sharps when flats would be more familiar/logical (See more below)
• [ ] "Dropped D" preset is missing from the list

@Eism this actually does have a pretty significant effect on the usability of the alternate tunings feature, so would be good to do as soon as possible :-)
