I think that is a duplicate of #16848

Tested this on my end. (Musescore 4.2.1, Musesampler 0.5.1, on Beta Musehub build and its sound updates)
I do not observe any staccato playback on accented notes. I even tested this with conditions set on the reproduction procedure from reports like this one. What I hear, however, is the strong accent sound, but still layered on top of a sustain sound whereas the staccato marked notes included for comparison show a distinct separation which to my ears means all is well. Maybe you can provide a recording of how it sounds on your end as neither reports have provided recordings for us to observe.
I think this has something to do with tuplets as it does sounds staccato and the previous report was talking about tuplets
Ah my bad. I totally missed the triplet part. Tested it and yep, the behavior is observed to happen, even when I haven’t marked dynamics on it yet.
An interesting nuance: this only works if the tempo is greater than 60. (I wonder if this is intended by design?)
I will raise a ticket for this in the Muse Sounds bug fix repo
