Allow the other staff to have the same setting/configuration with the first staff, for the percussion instrument. Regardless if it has a custom .drm or not. #21389

Your idea

When trying to make a second staff of a certain instrument (for example: marching tenor drum) with a custom .drm (from here: https://sites.google.com/view/musescore4-vdl-template/home), it couldn't output the appropriate noteheads until I enabled the "Perc. 5 Lines" to the second staff.

I tested it with the normal "Percussion." And it seems to correspond with the notehead with the second staff.

Here's an example:

With a custom .drm (Tenor Drum) - https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/assets/147415340/b9b77bad-baa4-4ed7-89f7-1fe70e698947 WIth a normal .drm (Drumset) - https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/assets/147415340/ce3dd6dd-0ed1-4316-b538-6f38f2f23d18

Adding an second instrument would be nice and solve the problem, but for the aesthetics (and space) would be messy in my opinion.

Problem to be solved

When writing a second staff to a certain percussion instrument with a custom/tweaked .drm, make sure it has the same setting as the first staff.

@zacjansheski let's discuss this

Note - I was thinking that the .drm was old that it probably was made around 2022-2023. But I wanna confirm if this goes the same as any .drm that is on 4.2.1

I'll test it out soon by creating my own .drm from the VDL keymaps.
