Add bowed vibraphone functionality #21431

Your idea

Bowed vibraphone is incredibly common in contemporary percussion literature, it would be great to be able to have bowed vibraphone sounds and an ability to change from mallet playing to bowed playing through text.

Problem to be solved

This feature would add another common percussion extended technique to MuseScore's portfolio.
