Bug description

The order of the Eb Bass Tuba instrument and the F Bass Tuba instrument is incorrect. I propose to change the order.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create new score
  2. Add F Bass Tuba instrument
  3. Add Eb Bass Tuba instrument
