This PR refines layout of wavy falls by using the correct SMuFL symbols (brassLiftShort and brassFallRoughShort) and correcting placement. It also adds these to the Arpeggios & glissandos palette.
The second commit imports glissandos starting and ending on the same note as these wavy chord lines. It also limits glissando length to 16 quarter notes.
