[MU4 Issue] Add ability to set custom path for Backup files folder (like in Sibelius) #23386

Bug description

1.Backup files should not be created near to the current score folder (the same path),set it to another universal path (like SIbelius)

from @DmitryArefiev : that option can be placed to Preferences>Folders tab:

The regression here is only in point 2:

  1. Backup can close by user, this function works on 3.6.x

But this was logged separately (#14973)

This is a feature request, and we can put that option to Preferences>Folders Capture
