Remap notes in MuseScore Drumline (MDL1) scores to match the pitches in Muse Drumline (MDL2) and MS Basic.
The pitches are changed both in the score and in the Edit Drumset dialog.
Notation in the Edit Drumset dialog is not changed. To get the new notation, the user must manually switch to the appropriate Muse Drumline instrument via the Mixer after the score is loaded.
