[Qt6 migration] Palette names are bold and other font differences on Windows

UI bug (incorrect info or interface appearance)

Bug description

Some UI text is rendered differently in Qt 6 compared to Qt 5:

Bold vs. semibold (e.g. names of palettes and Score tab)
Size (e.g. Parts & Mixer buttons at top of screen)
Position (e.g. Workspace & Concert pitch buttons in status bar)
Spacing (e.g. dotted notes in the tempo palette)

To see the differences, Ctrl+click these images to open them in separate browser tabs, then press Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab to flick between them quickly.

Note: Some text differences may:

Be engraving rather than UI bugs.
Affect other platforms besides Windows.
Be intentional/desirable.

Yes, this used to work in a previous version of MuseScore 4.x

Windows 11

Additional context

These differences are intentional:

Size of braille text
Position of sff dynamic (probably, but the comment is from a while ago)

This one is not related to Qt 6 (see #23417)

Should be fully resolved for all operating systems with a further Qt update. We aim to do this in 4.5.
