Indents not working properly #23441

Bug description

I have a score with 2 guitars. Each guitar has standard staff plus TAB staff. The instrument names show up in front of each staff, and both staffs are properly indented when all staffs are show. However, when I hide the standard staffs and only leave the TABs open, the indents go away and the instrument names are pushed all the way against the left margin.

Steps to reproduce

  1. start with score opened so it shows both staffs (standard and TABs) for each guitar (Greensleves (guitar).zip)

  2. go to "instruments" tab

  3. hide standard staff for guitar 1 by closing the eye icon

  4. hide standard staff for guitar 2 by closing the eye icon

  5. when both standard staffs, for both guitars, are hidden, the instrument names are too close to the margin, as the staffs no longer have indents.
