Description with steps to reproduce

I Add Text: Roman Numeral Analysis OR Add Text: Chord Symbol
I type "&" (just the ampersand symbol)
When I blur the text element, it changes to "&"

(the "&amp-" is because of the MusAnalysis font)

What is the latest version of MuseScore Studio where this issue is present?

OS: macOS 14.5, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.3.2-241630832, revision: github-musescore-musescore-22b46f2

Same problem on 4.2.1 and 4.1.1 and 4.0.2, so a Mu3 regression
