Sound flag icon is too big on Windows

Description with steps to reproduce

On Windows, the sound flag icon is too small. The circle button it sits inside of is sized correctly, but the icon itself should be resized to match how it appears on Mac.

Steps to reproduce current behavior

1. Add some text to a staff that is using a Muse Sound
2. Type anything in
3. See that the icon in the sound flag button that appears is too large

Expected behavior

Leave the circle the same size. The width of the speaker icon should only be ~68% the width of the circle (a rough calculation made by measuring a screenshot of the Mac UI—please just match the Mac appearance as close as possible!).
