UX/Interaction bug (incorrect behaviour)

Description with steps to reproduce

Drag a dynamic from the palette to the score
Try to drop it from above the first line, while there is a pink line, the dynamic does not appear when released
Also, try dragging the dynamic to the edge of the first measure until the pink line points to the second measure, release and the dynamic appears on the first measure.

Additional example, pink line points to beat 4 of measure 1, when released it goes to measure 2
