The issue persists in MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.2-242570931, revision: github-musescore-musescore-3130f97
The same with MS Basic. Especially if to change FF to FFF in the attached score
I hope it doesn't have to do with https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/23643/commits/7ffb036731af7b0d6b08cb9960317f0df5de1872... (to verify, we'd need to check if this occurs on macOS only)

Description with steps to reproduce
Export a FLAC file from the following score with Muse Brass enabled, where lowering the sample rate tends to produce more cracking sounds.
