Allow slurs to be added to lyrics #24719

Your idea

To support Japanese lyric notation methods, add the ability to apply slurs to lyrics.

Problem to be solved

Currently, an elision slur can be inserted as a special character to connect two syllables under one note, but it has compatibility issues with Japanese characters. image

Being able to add slurs between one or two notes would be extremely useful for Japanese users. image image

(I'm a Japanese student, so my English might not be perfect. I apologize if there are any mistakes.)

This would also be useful in choral music where I currently need to place these by hand.

Well, adding elision slurs can also be used with Chinese lyrics. See examples below: 6902819449 6903560041 6903806629
