Bends are not exported in MIDI

Description with steps to reproduce

There are no bends in exported MIDI from the MU Studio, also grace notes and prebends are exported as separate regular notes (will paste the link for another issue) Example score for export: Bends_export example.mscz.zip

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached score with bands (or any score with bends in it)
2. Export MIDI from the score
3. Open MIDI and check bends playback

Actual result: No bends in exported MIDI from the score Bends_export example.mid.zip

Expected result: Bends are exported
