Strange behavior with dynamic in the middle of measure with the whole note #25025

UX/Interaction bug (incorrect behaviour)

Description with steps to reproduce

Add a whole note
Add two dynamics: to 1st and 3rd beats
Save and reopen the score
Select that measure - only half of measure is selected (first issue)
Copy and paste that measure
In the new measure, move the 2nd dynamic to the right - it jumps to the next measure
Now try to move it to the previous place - you can do it, but only to the first part of the initial measure (second issue)

The downside of this bug is how the duration of fermata is affected after copy/paste:
