Import of hidden cues from Finale is garbled.

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Import the attached xml.
2. See that a) the whole rest is not centered and b) the cue and the whole rest overlap with the time signature.

The following is a simple cue in a Finale file. In the part it looks like this:

After importing the xml exported from the score view, MuseScore shows it like this:

The direct import issues are

• The whole rest is not centered
• The music is crushed up against the time signature

Issue related to Finale's export choices are

• The whole rest is erroneously marked print-object="no".

Issue related to possible MusicXML shortcoming

• The cue name, Hn., is not marked as hidden. I can't find a way to do this in MusicXML, so it may not be Finale's fault.

At a minimum, it would be nice to fix the direct import issues. Beyond that, if there were a way to compensate for Finale erroneously marking the whole rest as hidden, that would be a bonus. I'm not sure if any fix is possible for the cue name not importing as hidden.
