Description with steps to reproduce

1. Make a score for snare drum (or other single line instrument)
2. Place Rehearsal marks around a single measure
3. Enable multi-measure rests, the number 1 and the rest collide

This behavior is the same in parts (in which mmrest is enabled by default)

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds
