Master, multiple add instruments dialogues

Description with steps to reproduce

1. In Master, open a score and press "I" for to open instruments dialogue
2. Continue pressing "I" and more dialogue windows will open. Only one window should open

What is the latest version of MuseScore Studio where this issue is present?

OS: macOS 14.6, Arch.: arm64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.5.0-243230312, revision: github-musescore-musescore-9ef26b8

Regression

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds
