Percussion panel - implement keyboard swapping #25565

This PR implements implements "keyboard swapping" in the percussion panel (the ability to change a pad's position using the keyboard only).

Draft for now as this depends on #25518 (the first two commits in this PR). There are also a couple of to-dos I would like to address before merging.
