[NEW FEATURES] Task 4.1 — updates for the Auction page #63

We need to make some updates for the Auction:

  1. Change All Categories to All Collections
  2. Add the state for the 'Auction details' page when there are no bids and only a fixed price. In this case, the Buy Now button should call the permission for payment without the 'Place bid' modal.
