Update audio more frequently #100

We should sync our audio content more often - when /prints is loaded, and also on a regular interval in the background.

Also have a "Update audio" button on /prints to manually kick off a sync

Loading /prints kicks off a download in the background; there's still one kicked off when we first boot; and then it syncs every 23 minutes.

And there's a manual "download now" button on /prints. I'm sure it could be styled/laid out better, but we can do that as part of a "how does this look" pass when #101 is done.
