Add support for configuring 802.1x WiFi networks #78

Some of our deployments are to sites with WPA Enterprise WiFi. At present the WiFi config system only supports configuring open or standard WPA WiFi networks. It should also recognise WPA Enterprise networks and allow them to be set up too

Latest version of the Balena (formerly Resin.io) WiFi script seems to have some WPA Enterprise support. It'll be good to find a network to try that out sometime.
