How to use the Nodel Host process (aka. bootstrapper)? #52

This came up in conversation recently. A really fantastic tool for managing multiple nodehosts through Nodel itself. It's used extensively at MV on virtual servers, but there is no documentation describing the role or setup process of this recipe.
